How we got out and STAY out of debt!

We decided to prioritize and make the decision that we wanted out of debt and that we wanted to have money in the bank for many rainy days.
We stopped impulse purchases. We only eat out with coupons. I save alot of money with grocery coupons, I use forums to find the best deals! When we want to purchase anything, I do research to find the best deal! Sometimes I have a grocery cart full and pay under $10!!
We call the cable compnay every 3 months to make sure we are getting the best deal. We never buy new cars, we buy them used and pay cash for them.
We use websites like freecycle and the free section on craigslist to find items and to give away items!
My kids are used to the thrift stores and sales racks! If we are looking for something. I post it on facebook and see if any of my friends want to sell or give their stuff away!!
We are very successful living this way!
